Attempted Car Robbery Reported
York University Security Services (YSS) are assisting Toronto Police Service’s (TPS) investigation into a reported attempted car robbery. TPS notified York Security that at approximately 4:50pm on September 23, 2014, two males approached a car which was exiting the Shoreham Parking Lot, instructing the driver to get out of the car. One of the suspects produced a weapon. The driver fled the scene in his car and reported the incident to TPS. No injuries were reported.
