York Security Services are assisting Toronto Police Service in the investigation of an attempted robbery. A community member reported that at approximately 2:30 pm On Wednesday, December 18, while walking north on Seneca Lane near the TEL building, she was approached from behind by two males. One suspect pushed her to the ground and the second suspect kicked her. A passerby yelled at the suspects, at which point they fled. The victim reported minor injuries.
The suspects are described as white males, 6’0-6’3″ with light facial hair in their mid to late 20s. One suspect was wearing a red jacket and had short brown hair; the other was wearing a black jacket.
