Toronto Police Service has issued the following news release:
Male arrested in Sexual Assault Investigation, 31 Division
On November 29th 2012, the Toronto Police Service received a call for a Sexual Assault at the York University Campus.
– It is alleged that the accused sexually assaulted the victim while on the York University premises.
On Saturday December 1st 2012, at 6:18pm, a 24 year old man from Mississauga, was arrested and charged with Sexual Assault.
He is scheduled to appear in court on January 15th 2013 at 1:00 pm, at the Toronto North Courts at 1000 Finch Avenue West, in courtroom 301 .
