York Security Services is assisting Toronto Police Service (TPS) in the investigation of a sexual assault that occurred in the basement of Stong College in front of the Art Gallery.
At 4:30 pm on Thursday, November 29, 2012 York Security was advised of a sexual assault that took place between 12:30 pm and 1:00 pm when a female York student was approached by a male who asked her if she wanted to dance, grabbed her hand and then pressed himself against her. The victim pulled away and the suspect left the scene.
Toronto Police Service have issued a description of the suspect:
- Male, Caucasian, 6’2″ approximately 20 years old, with a thin build, brown hair with a Mohawk haircut and brown eyes and wearing a heavy dark winter coat and blue jeans.
