SECURITY BULLETIN – INDECENT EXPOSURE

York Security Services (YSS) is assisting the Toronto Police Service (TPS) in their investigation into reported incidents of leering and indecent exposure. At 12:15p.m. on 24 March 2015, YSS received a report that, a female student noticed a male leering at her on the 5th floor of the Scott Library. At approximately 12:00 noon, the student saw the same male peering over a washroom stall at her also on the 5th floor of the Scott Library. The suspect fled when the student screamed.

Subsequently, a second female student noted the same suspect walking between the Goldfarb Centre for Fine Arts and the HNES building. While approaching the second student, the suspect exposed himself and made lewd comments. The student informed the suspect that she would contact YSS. The suspect fled toward Vari Hall and the Ross Building.

The suspect is described as 35-40 years of age, 5’9”-5’10” with medium complexion, thin build, clean shaven with short dark hair. He was wearing a dark sweater, dark bluejeans, and dark shoes and was carrying a black jacket and large black knapsack.
